Nautilus Marina is the oldest marina on the Laziale coast. It was founded first as a club in by the Bulgari family and Admiral Agostino Straulino, legendary Italian sailor and Olympic gold-medal winner. Over 20 years ago Nautilus Marina began its metamorphoses thanks to the arrival of the Stillitano family, transforming this boating club from Isola Sacra into not just a berthing dock but also one of the most important shipyards and business entities on the coast.

When Nautilus Marina was revived, many important changes took place. The first big restoration was structural. Installations that would facilitate work, including sewers, electrical wiring and plumbing, were implemented.

The following restorations focused primarily on reception facilities for the public, with renovations of the restaurant, the creation of exclusive spaces for the members of the boating club, sailing school, and club house. Next a third restoration was completed to promote what was fundamental for the boating business: new docks, slipways, and new means of transport for boat lifting.

In the restaurant within the complex underwent another significant renovation, and a hanger, offices, and a service area were also added. All is in compliance with the shipyard European legislation.
